In virtually every culture around the world, bears are a symbol of strength, wisdom, healing, and protection. Considered to be fearless guardians of nature with a playful sense of humor, bears are said to represent the interface between humans and the untamed wilderness. Bear energy is all about maintaining balance by acknowledging that there’s a time for taking care of business, a time for playing and exploring, and a time for “going inside the cave” to heal and rest.

Brewing instructions

Use 17 g or 2 heaping tablespoons in 8-12 fl. oz. of water. Due to the number of fine-powdered ingredients, brewing works best in a French Press, cold brew, or Pour-Over. Just give it a little stir when adding water to the coffee to help them dissolve. Because we use real ground coffee, it needs to be filtered. Not recommended for Keurig or automatic drip.
